Daughters of LEFSA (DOL) began as a initiative during Women’s Group to perform songs during Christmas time. They began meeting for regular practice in November 2014 and had their first performance during December 2014 Leadership Study Day. Now DOL perform regularly during Leadership Study Day.The choir is led by Tara Robinson, daughter of James Addison, LEFSA’s Projects Manager.
DOL opened the memorial service and celebration of the life of Sr. Dorothy Gallant, LEFSA’s co-founder, this past January. They performed a combination of Sr. Dorothy’s favorites and songs that expressed their feelings for their Sister.
In most recent DOL news, they have been invited to perform at Sisters of Charity General Assembly.
