Every year the LEFSA team attends a Visioning to go over the mission statement and components of the program, to evaluate and plan for the future, as well as to spend time building relationships and bonds between team members to strengthen each other.
It is important for the team to reflect on what we do and make sure we follow the mission and purpose of the ministry. We try to see how we can do things better or identify some of things that have worked in the past. We also always look for ways to connect with team members in a supportive way as we continue the ministry.
This year we went back to St. Margaret’s Villa in Stanfordville, NY and spent 3 days there, from June 11th to 13th.
