79 community members attended LEFSA’s 3rd annual fishing trip on August 15th, 2018. We left at 10:30am from Captree Park on Long Island and fished until 4:30pm that day. We also had lunch on the boat. The weather was perfect and there was abundance of fish! The day was full of excitement and joy, and as each person caught a fish, other’s cheered them on. It was a day where troubles and worries stayed on the shore, and people enjoyed beautiful nature and each other’s company while experiencing something new, away from the business of the city.
